The main goal here is to enrich your budding community with more tenants and better housing. You build apartments, supply them with furniture and appliances, and recruit tenants. These people will also have demands from the facilities, so you need to build and develop those as well. Plus, they’ll sometimes ask for advice and might reward you—or even leave—depending on what you say.

There’s also a checklist that will reward money and progress points toward your level, which will unlock new areas, items, tenants, and locations. You also get a personal room you can decorate. The only downside here is that the tenants’ apartment furniture can’t be personalized, and they’ll all look the same. Fortunately, the game doesn’t aggravate you with ads suddenly playing. You can choose to watch them for rewards.

All in all, Rent Please!-Landlord Sim is a nice little simulation game that doesn’t need much input from you. While its customization options for tenants’ objects are lacking, the rest of the game isn’t a hassle to get used to. It even gives you the option to watch ads for in-game money and doesn’t disrupt your gameplay experience by constantly bombarding you with them.
